Welcome to Bagalkot Teacher Training Institute
Basaveshwar Veershaiva Vidya Vardhak Sangha (BVVS), Bagalkote , was started with the blessings of His holiness shri Gurubasava mahaswamiji of Bilur in the year 1906.
B.V.V. sangha was running about 200 primary schools in 150 villages in different parts of the neighboring talukas of Bagalkote to provide trained teachers to the primary
schools the sangha started one primary school Teachers training institute in the year 1942. It was the first teachers training institute to be started in the Bijapur District.
Basaveshwar Teacher Training Institute is serving with all devotion to wards expansion and enhancement of teacher education in the state of karnatka to provide trained teachers.
It works according to the norms of NCTE and Government of Karnataka. More than 90% of the products from this institution who have served at their best as the teachers have
got national and state awards.
Institution is running success fully with qualified staff & facilities needed that are provided by B.V.V.Sangha Bagalkote.
